I’m not afraid to admit it, I’m a momma’s boy and once you’re a momma’s boy, you are one for the rest of your life.
It’s something that starts from very early on in your adolescence and carries on into your older age as your mom basically stays your best friend. And I’m not the only momma’s boy — there are many of us out there who are close to our mothers and are not afraid to admit it.
Sure it may not seem like the cool thing to confess, and it may even seem unmanly, but I couldn’t care less what anyone thinks — and there’s actually a sizeable perk that comes with it that not many men realize. It’s pure fact that momma’s boys are the ones that get the most ass.
They have all the charm and swagger that a nice coed is looking for when she is getting sloppy at a bar or party. Being a momma’s boy gives us an edge above the vast majority of men for a number of reasons.
Being raised by two women for the majority of my life, my mother and grandmother, I learned a thing or two about women, how to respect them and how to treat them. It’s the little things that you pick up along the way that you can use towards the other women you meet in your life and sweep them off their feet.
It’s widely accepted that women are a very mysterious species and quite hard to figure out at times — if not all the time. Especially for men, as we are comparatively simpler beings than our complex female counterparts, as they have too many emotions and that unpleasant thing that happens once a month.
The biggest roadblock or issue that men encounter with women is that they don’t understand them, don’t understand how to deal with them and don’t know how to actually make a female vulnerable so she is eating out of your hands. Which is why so many men are insecure and depend on their egos, bullshit credentials and the way they are dressed to pick up women.
But all men know, and smart men who are momma’s boys, understand that there’s a different strategy to woo a lady. It’s about being simple and communicating the right things so they understand what you are saying and are interested in what you are talking about.
Communication is the most imperative concept to share with a lady — and when you grow up around two women and have to get yourself around certain things and try to warm up to them when they are mad at you, you pick up a few traits here and there.
What women want is someone that is a nice asshole, which is the best of both worlds. You have that trait built into your DNA when you are a momma’s boy.
The nice side comes from your respect, admiration and love for women because we have personally seen them deal with our nonsense, discipline us, give us advice and care for us when probably no one else would. This gives us the ability to be able to value women differently than any other pig with an ego and a fancy story about how he is the greatest thing to touch earth.
But at the same time we are assholes because every momma’s boy knows they are not supposed to love any other women as long as their momma loves them. They have already forewarned us about how terrible and detrimental women could be to our lives and actually encourage us to be man whores and have a little fun before we settle down.
I once heard my friend’s mom tell him that he shouldn’t have a girlfriend until he is 26 because women can be too conniving and controlling. Most men jump into relationships not knowing what to expect, but the mommas boy has been prepared on what to expect with women and how to deal with them. It’s like insider trading.
Most women out there, who have put themselves in terrible positions and have dated and slept with men that they shouldn’t have even given their numbers to, will say that all men are the same because they don’t know any better and have mostly dealt with the same douchebag type of guy.
But on the contrary, there are a small percentage of men that are just different. They go about things differently, they read women differently and know exactly how to treat them when it’s time to sweep them off their feet and get them into bed.
All women know that being with a momma’s boy is an ideal situation and it is what they look for in a man because they were bred by one of their own: a woman. We are gentlemen and we go above and beyond for women that we really find attractive, not just aesthetically, but mentally as well.
We are not the type to date an idiot with just good looks. The type of women we are looking for challenges us, and when we do find her, we value her and treat her the way she is supposed to be treated — like a lady who respects herself and deserves respect in return.
Sure we may seem like the nice guys, but in a world full of assholes being able to strike a balance and being the nice asshole and knowing how to play the game that women love to play, puts us one step above all the other men. It lets us prove to them that not all men are pigs and the same. We are loyal to our women, but at the same time wary because our mothers taught us to watch out for women who are whores.
They are usually sick and tired of dealing with all of the same men, so when they do come across a momma’s boy, we have the ability to give them everything they are looking for — from being the perfect lover to the man that challenges them to take the next step in their careers.
I have had a very easy time with women and so have other men that I know who are momma’s boys. It doesn’t come down to looks or a fancy story we tell. It truly comes down to knowing how to deal with them, which we have learned from our mothers and they have taught us how to deal with them as well. It adds a bit of complexity and strategy to us that other men lack.
The best part about all of this is that we know how to care and protect for a female, which is something that all men need to know how to do. Sure women have lost their value nowadays, but there are still girls out there that deserve chivalry and that’s where the momma’s boys come in, gentlemen.
It comes from caring for our mothers and never wanting to see them in a bad mood or upset, because that kills us more than anything. And one piece of advice, you have a better chance of meeting God before you meet our mothers — as that is the official stamp of approval and you should do anything in your power to be her best friend.
I’m pretty good with women, both from a work standpoint, a player standpoint and a gentleman standpoint. I pick and choose my battles with them just like my mother taught me and I believe I do a far better job than most men that take a stab at it.
